We are seeking potential candidates for a Partner-level position for a client that is a Global strategy consulting firm with European roots. Partner-level responsibilities will include project management, client relationship management, and developing solutions for clients. The individual will drive marketing and intellectual capital development, as well as influencing and shaping culture through partnering, leadership, and mentoring/coaching. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of senior Partner-level strategy consulting experience from a top strategy consulting firm. The ideal candidate will also have restructuring experience in the energy and utilities sector; and must have strong strategy expertise and senior client relationships. In addition, successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience: • The ability to use aggression, ambition and energy toward business development to bring in a minimum of $1MM per year in revenue • Proven ability to manage a team • Business Development individual who will represent the organization and will know who the “players” are • Project Management experience • Well connected with contacts at the highest level in the Energy and Utilities Industry and in private financing • The desire to remain with the organization to assist in its growth; the desire to grow with the organization • Thought Leader • Excellent written and verbal communication skills An MBA from a top tier college or university is required.
