Funds involved with Bank Instruments

Thursday, May 08, 2008 - Would like to get more involved in the BI field.

Does anyone work at a bank or hedge fund or pension fund that purchases or creates Bank Instruments (MTN's,BG's,SBLC's etc)?
I'm looking for direct connection to such an entity.
